Terzo on the Move

Over the recent weeks and months the Terzo team has been traveling the world to network and share our technology with customers, partners and suppliers as well as learn the latest developments in the fast-moving world of fluid power. Below are just a few highlights.

Hello Italy!
Mike Terzo and team traveled to Italy in May to connect with the customers, suppliers, and partners who comprise northern Italy’s thriving fluid power industry. Italy is a powerhouse when it comes to the global hydraulic ecosystem, employing more than 20,000 people in the industry. Terzo’s technology advances are generating significant interest globally and the team was excited to visit the region and take it in first hand. The food and wine aren’t bad either!

NTEA’s Work Truck Week
Terzo was excited to be a part of North America’s largest work truck event at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, March 8–11, 2022. Work Truck Week includes product displays, education, and multiple networking opportunities to help bring the industry together.

For more than 20 years, the people who design, build, use and maintain the work trucks and equipment the world relies on have gathered every March to see the industry’s latest products and technology, learn from one another and discuss how to improve the future.

The Green Truck Summit was of particular interest. The summit features intensive programs led by industry experts, OEMs and government representatives — covering clean energy trends for commercial vehicles and operational insights for vocational truck fleets. It offers perspective on work truck evolution and advanced fuels and technology development. Key topics included:

  • Electric vehicle (EV) trends and innovations
  • How industry segments are driving toward zero emissions
  • Global clean technology updates
  • Government programs and data initiatives

Terzo Celebrates with the California Mobility Center

Terzo Power Systems is proud to have been a Gold Sponsor and attendee at the California Mobility Center (CMC) Showcase ’22 event on March 17, 2022.

The Showcase offered Terzo a chance to celebrate with the CMC as well as a great opportunity to network with over 300 industry leaders from around the globe, including early-stage company founders, C-level executives, governmental dignitaries and more.

The event was particularly gratifying for Mike Terzo, CEO of Terzo Power Systems, as a founding member of the CMC. The idea for the center came from a similar concept in Germany called PEM Motion. The German facility has successfully spun out several startups and helped create growth and investment in the region and the CMC wanted to do the same in California.

“In the United States, we have plenty of technology accelerators but most focus on software,” said Terzo. “I knew from the start that Terzo needed to be involved with the CMC.”
